What do we do?

Dr. Towbes uses a biopsychosocial approach to assess and treat children and youth with a wide range of challenges including attention and learning difficulties, anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, school adjustment, and other childhood issues. She involves parents as an integral part of her treatment, weaving together a combination of family, play, and cognitive-behavioral techniques. Dr. Towbes also works closely with schools to develop effective interventions for students who are struggling. Our goal is to help kids and families thrive.
